Cathy is an experienced dance teacher who is known for lighting up a room with her grace, humour and joy. She often shares anecdotes from her worldwide career as an actress and dancer who has performed on TV. Her first appearance being in the BBC’s final episode of “I Claudius”.

She was also an extra for many years on Eastenders. Cathy has performed in over 30 countries, gives classes and workshops at international dance festivals and more recently on cruise ships. Her lectures on the Ancient World and the Middle East show everyday life and customs in an entertaining way, dressing up in authentic costumes and using music and dance to illustrate.
