Kulvir's passion and area of specialism is Yoga, Acupuncture, Indian Head Massage and Anti-Ageing Facial techniques. She teaches bespoke interactive workshops to help clients “look and stay healthy naturally” using a combination of alternative therapies. Everyday health issues such as heart problems, high blood pressure, sleeping difficulties, chronic fatigue and many more have now been linked to stress and premature ageing. In order to reduce stress she teaches powerful yoga breathing techniques, pressure points, Indian head massage and facial massage which can help to calm, relax and de-stress the mind and body. She has a private practice in Suffolk working as an Acupuncturist, Yoga Instructor and Health and Wellbeing Coach (qualified with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development). Clients include public & voluntary organizations and many private clients ranging from doctors, teachers, nurses and business owners. Basically anyone who leads a stressful life and wants to manage their stress and wellbeing naturally. Prior to this work Kulvir worked in the public sector for 18 years specialising in the area of Diversity, HR and Project Management.

Kulvir will demonstrate a simple Indian Head Massage for you to follow and practice on a friend/ family member. You will be amazed how incredible Indian head massage feels, because we often don’t realize just how much tension we are carrying around in this area.

Learn a simple & effective Anti-Ageing Natural Lift Facial massage Kulvir will demonstrate Ancient Eastern techniques and pressure points for a facial massage that you can try on yourself during the session. These techniques are wonderful for lifting, firming and strengthening the facial muscles. You will also get to experience the amazing cooling and healing Jade rollers that are becoming increasingly popular with A-list celebrities.

4. Mindfulness & Meditation using the power of the breath Mindfulness and Meditation are ways of calming the constant chattering mind that causes stress and anxiety in our everyday life. Come and learn these ancient techniques using the power of the breath and visualization to live a more peaceful and happier life. These simple tools will be invaluable to assist us on our path to still the mind.

5. Acupuncture & Acupressure for Wellbeing Kulvir will explain and demonstrate these wonderful natural eastern holistic techniques that help detox and balance your body and mind…. creating wellbeing, relaxation and good health. During this interactive session you will have the opportunity to try out the pressure point techniques on yourself.
