Lesley Chamberlain
Garden Historian/Horticultural Lecturer

Born in Surrey and having moved down to the West Sussex in the 1980's. I trained at Brinsbury Agricultural College where I achieved the RHS General Certificate (Distinction). As well as qualifying as a Garden Designer under the City & Guilds Advanced Garden Design Diploma (Credit).

I have travelled and lived for a number of years in Malaysia, Netherlands as well as North Carolina and Oklahoma, USA and have had practical horticultural experience in all these environments.

For the past 15 years I have travelled extensively over the south of England delivering lectures and demonstrations to diverse groups such as the National Trust, Specialist Horticultural groups as well as Woman’s Institutes, Probus and Garden Groups.

I am an Assistant County Organiser for the 'National Garden Scheme' and currently am the dedicated 'Publicity and Information' Lecturer for the West Sussex Division.
